David Corvo, Class of 1972
David Corvo, ’72, longtime television journalist, spent the last two decades as the senior executive producer of Primetime News for NBC News. In that role, Corvo produced “Dateline NBC,” the longest-running series in NBC primetime history. He received multiple Emmy, DuPont and Peabody awards for his work on Dateline and other news specials.
After serving as editor in chief of The Daily Cal, Corvo worked in local news in California. He later served as a vice president at NBC News and CBS News. As a producer, among many credits, he was creator and Executive Producer of CBS This Morning.
