Isabelle Nunes, Class of 2026
Isabelle Nunes, ’26, is the Daily Cal’s 2025-2026 Staff Representative and Board Secretary. Over the past three years, they worked as the paper’s head Social Media Editor, Deputy News Editor and lead campus beat reporter. Inspired by their background in journalism, the Bay Area native is a current senior earning Political Science and Media Studies degrees at UC Berkeley.
They previously held digital marketing and audience engagement roles at the Los Angeles Times, KQED, the Public Policy Institute of California, the San Mateo Daily Journal and more. In their free time, Isabelle enjoys taking public transportation and journaling.
