Kavya Gupta, Class of 2024
Kavya Gupta, ’24, is a management consultant at Capgemini Invent where she works on change management for large-scale organizational transformations across the public and private sectors. She focuses on helping organizations navigate growth, align stakeholders, and execute long-term strategic change.
Kavya credits the Daily Cal with shaping her leadership and professional path. She served as Editor in Chief and President of the Daily Cal, overseeing operational and digital initiatives. Kavya has reported for Forbes and the Duluth News Tribune.
She is also a volunteer editor for San Quentin News through the Pollen Initiative.
